The idea of working for a single company for 40 plus years and retiring with a pension is a remnant of the past. According to a 2019 study conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), baby boomers held an average of twelve jobs in their lifetime. We can assume that this number will be much higher for millennials and Generation Z!
We've both changed jobs within the past three years and have learned invaluable information from our moves.
